“My partner and i stayed here for three nights. The main reason we booked it was because it had mainly good reviews and it was one of the cheaper hotels in newquay. After having stayed there i cannot fault it – our room looked straight over Fistral beach and was a couple of minute walk down to the beach itself. After having walked round Newquay and seeing the location of some of the comparable hotels that we had viewed prior to booking, we definitely made the best choice! The staff are friendly, especially the younger ladies at breakfast, as were the staff in the hotel bar/restaurant. The rooms weren’t massive but they were well kept and clean and were serviced everyday. There was a good variety of food on offer at breakfast and the staff were quick to serve you with a smile and a helpful demeanor. One of the nights we ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was lovely – very well priced and big portions – more like restaurant food than food you would get in a hotel. The hotel is a few minute walk from the main centre but the selling point is definitely the view of the beach. We will definitely be back!”
