This deal is for a wedding for 75 people at our hotel and has everything you need for a stress free day from room hire in our air conditioned, marquee room (this includes colour coordinated chair bows, chair covers, sashes around the perimeter, table cloths) to a sit down 3 course meal with wine and a glass of prosecco for toast.

Terms and Conditions:
- Price based on low season wedding from November 2017 to May 2018. Please get in touch if your date exceeds these as we have many packages to suit your needs.
- For 75 people, no refunds for weddings with less people, extra people have a per person charge. If your actual number of guests falls beneath the minimum number set out in our quotation, we will still charge you for the minimum number.
- The venue holds the right to choose packages based on clients needs.
- This wedding package is intended as a guide only. Please get in touch with your requirements and we will endeavour to find a package that suits you.
Once you have decided on a date for your wedding, please contact the Hotel to conﬁrm availability and arrange an appointment to view the Hotel’s facilities and to discuss your individual requirements.
Provisional bookings can be made, these will be held for a maximum of 4 weeks. After this time, any provisional bookings that have not been conﬁrmed will automatically be released. If another enquiry is made for the same date before you have conﬁrmed, we will contact you for a decision.
We provide email confirmation on the receipt of a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £500. The chosen date is then yours.
A further £500 will be required 3 months before your wedding day. If your wedding day is before this we will arrange a mutually convenient day for payment. Two months before your big day a meeting will be held at the Hotel to discuss ﬁnal numbers along with your requirements, i.e. menus, drinks etc. This amount will then be invoiced to you along with an itinerary for your day. Also at this time we will require notiﬁcation of suppliers e.g. ﬂorists, photographers, entertainers etc. and request that they contact us directly to arrange access/delivery times. 90% of full payment must be made 1 month before your wedding day, with the ﬁnal account to be settled no later than 7 days prior to the event.
We will require your table plan 1 weeks before your wedding and that will be taken as the minimum amount charged for your event. We shall endeavour to do our best to accommodate any last minute additions
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, charges will apply as follows:
- Up to 1 year before the event – Deposit is forfeited.
- 3 months before the event – 75% of total cost.
- Less than 1 month – 90% of total cost.
It is highly recommended that you take out appropriate insurance for your big day
