Economy
All are decorated to a good standard and include en-suite shower/ bathroom, t.v. Radio, tea & coffee making facilities, controllable heating and hairdryer.

Standard
As our standard rooms but more spacious.

Balcony
These rooms have private south facing balconies and are decorated to a high standard with contemporary finishes and a few added extras.

Terms and conditions

Availability
The offer of the room is subject to the room being available on receipt of deposit.

Deposit
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit to the value of one night’s accommodation payable via Credit/Debit Card or Cheque.

Payment
Payment is due on arrival. If paying by cheque please allow time for the cheque to clear prior to arrival.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the room. If we are unable to do so you can be held legally responsible for 2/3 of the total cost of your booking. We strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance. Refunds of deposits are at the discretion of the management.

Check in/Check out
Rooms are available on arrival from 2pm and check out on day of departure is 10.30am.
