Terms and conditions

Availability
The offer of the room is subject to the room being available on receipt of deposit.

Deposit
All reservations must be confirmed with a £40 deposit payable via Credit/Debit Card or Cheque.

Payment
Payment is due on arrival. If paying by cheque please allow time for the cheque to clear prior to arrival.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the room. If we are unable to do so you can be held legally responsible for 2/3 of the total cost of your booking. We strongly recommend that you take out Travel Insurance. Refunds of deposits are at the discretion of the management and will incur a £10.00 admin charge.

Check in/Check out
Rooms are available on arrival from 2pm and check out on day of departure is 10.30am.

Parking
Limited parking is available on site which is on a first come first served basis, there are plenty of public car parks in the vicinity.
