Meet our new head chef!

We are delighted to introduce you to our newest recruit!  Meet Dave, our new head chef at the Carnmarth Hotel.
Dave has over 20 years experience in the industry, highly regarded by all and a former chef at Fistral Blu, a restaurant that was once considered a local favourite.
With a real passion for flavour and attention to detail, we are sure that Dave is going to prove a real asset to our team.  He is currently busy working hard on our new menu for 2013.  Our restaurant in the C-Bar & Terrace re-opens on Mother’s Day on Sunday 10th March.
