Accessibility Policy

Our policy is to be as inclusive as possible for all our guests. 

Our accessible entry is via the carpark on the side of the property, there are no steps and once inside the building the groundfloor is all on one level.

We only have 1 disabled parking space which is unable to be reserved, there is additional parking at the top of our car park which is flat. We recommend arriving early to secure a suitable space as spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

For guests not able to use our online pre-registration form, check in is available at reception, if you require a low-level check in, a member of staff can assist with a clip board.

We accept service dogs free of charge in all rooms and all public areas.

We have a disabled, accessible toilet downstairs with wide doorways.

We have a lift which can access both floors of bedrooms, but regrettably do not have any ground floor rooms. Some of our rooms are spacious to suit a wheelchair but there are no grab rails or pull cords available. Most of our rooms have a walk in shower, we will try to allocate a spacious walk in shower to guests requiring additional accessibility.

Furniture is flexible in the rooms and can be moved, relocated if necessary.

There are no in-bedroom phones, however, our land line is communicated on the back of every bedroom door.

Many dietary requirements are catered for, there is flexibility in our menu as most of our food is cooked to order.

We ask guests to advise us on any problems they may have in the event of an emergency evacuation. This will also ensure our reception team can allocate you the most appropriate accommodation to you for your comfort.
